How does this 75-day tracker work?

Pick a challenge, set your start date and edit the daily tasks. Then tap any day to check off what you did. The grid turns green for complete days, and the counters show your current day, completed days and streak. Everything saves in your browser's local storage, so it stays on this device.

How do you get the tracker into Google Sheets?

Tap "Download CSV", then open Google Sheets and choose File, Import, Upload, and select the file. Each row is a day, each column is a task, and the values are TRUE or FALSE. To turn them into tick boxes, select the task columns and choose Insert, Checkbox. The file also opens in Excel or Numbers.

Starting from scratch? Set up the tracker with your start date, download the CSV before you check anything, and you have a blank Google Sheets template with every date already filled in.

Can you print a 75 Hard tracker?

Yes. Tap "Print blank sheet" for an empty grid with all 75 dates and a checkbox for each task, or "Print my progress" to print what you have already logged. The page hides everything else when printing, so you get just the table. Choose "Save as PDF" in the print dialog for a free PDF.

Tip: the fridge sheet plus a pen is the strictest tracker there is. You cannot quietly edit yesterday.

Is a tracker really necessary for a 75-day challenge?

It is not required, but it helps. A meta-analysis of 138 studies by Harkin and colleagues (2016) found that monitoring goal progress increased goal attainment, with larger effects when progress was physically recorded or reported to others. A daily checkbox is the simplest form of that monitoring.

For 75 Hard specifically, tracking also protects you from the most painful restart: realising on day 50 that you cannot remember whether you took the photo on day 31.

Which tracker app is best if you want one on your phone?

The official 75 Hard app is the natural choice for the original program and the phases. Third-party apps add things like water counters and custom challenges. We compared them using their public store listings, including prices, in Best 75 Hard Tracker Apps. This browser tracker stays free.

Frequently asked questions

Does the tracker work offline?

Once the page has loaded, the tracker runs entirely in your browser and saves locally, so checking off days does not need a connection. You do need to load the page first, and the printable and CSV downloads are generated on your device.

Will I lose my progress if I switch phones?

Yes, unless you move it. Data lives in the browser where you entered it. Download the CSV regularly and keep it in your files or Google Drive. The tracker does not sync between devices because it has no accounts or servers.

Can I track 75 Soft or a custom challenge?

Yes. Choose 75 Soft, 75 Medium, Phase 1, 66 days or custom, then edit the task list freely before you start. You can set any length from 7 to 365 days. Turn strict mode off for challenges where a missed day does not mean a restart.

Is this the official 75 Hard tracker?

No. The official tracker is the 75 Hard app from 44Seven Media, listed at $4.99 a month or $39.99 a year on the US App Store as of October 30, 2026. This is a free alternative built by a member of The Operator Standard team.
