What is in the 75 Hard Google Sheets template?
It is one spreadsheet with three tabs: setup instructions, 75 Hard and 75 Soft. Each tracker tab lists days 1 to 75 with real dates worked out from your start date, a checkbox for every task, and an "All done" column that turns green. The header counts completed days, shows today's day number and finds the first incomplete day.
On the 75 Hard tab the six task columns are diet, workout 1, workout 2 (outdoors), a gallon of water, 10 pages and a progress photo. The 75 Soft tab has the four common 75 Soft tasks. Rename any column header to fit your own version. The formulas don't depend on the wording.
How do you get the template into Google Sheets?
Download the .xlsx file, open Google Sheets, then choose File, Import, Upload and pick the file. Or drop it into Google Drive and open it with Google Sheets. Type your day-1 date in cell C3 on the 75 Hard tab, and every date fills in. It opens in Excel and LibreOffice too.
If the task cells show TRUE and FALSE instead of tick boxes after you import, select the task columns for days 1 to 75 and choose Insert, then Checkbox. The formulas keep working either way.
Why use a spreadsheet instead of an app?
A spreadsheet is yours: no subscription, no account with another company, and the history stays in your own Drive. You can share it with a partner or a group, add columns for weight or notes, and chart your progress. The tradeoff is no reminders, so pair it with a daily phone alarm.
For a group, make one copy per person and share view access with each other. Our doing it with friends guide covers how to keep each other honest without turning it into a competition.
Can the tracker below export to Google Sheets?
Yes. The online tracker saves in your browser and can download your progress as a CSV file. In Google Sheets, choose File, Import, Upload, pick the CSV and choose a new sheet. Each row is a day, each task is a column, and a final column shows whether the day was complete.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a "make a copy" link instead of a download?
Right now the template is a direct .xlsx download, so there's nothing to request or sign in for. Importing it into Google Sheets takes about 20 seconds using the steps above, and the copy lives in your own Drive.
Does the template work on a phone?
Yes. Once it's in Google Sheets, the Google Sheets app on iPhone or Android can tick the checkboxes and shows the counts. Setting the start date is easier on a computer, but you only do it once. For phone-first tracking, the online tracker is simpler.
Does the sheet restart me if I miss a day?
No. The sheet can't delete anything. On the 75 Hard tab it shows the first incomplete day before today, so a miss is obvious. Under the 75 Hard rules a miss means starting again at day 1, so change cell C3 to your new start date and clear the boxes.
Is this an official 75 Hard template?
No. It's a free template made by our team, not an official 75 Hard product. It tracks the five daily tasks published on the program's official pages, which our rules page links to.
