How do you calculate your 75 Hard end date?

Add 74 days to your start date, because your start date is day 1. Start on January 1 and your 75th day is March 16 in a non-leap year. The calculator above does this for any start date and length, shows which day you are on today and lets you add your final day to your calendar.

The same rule works for any challenge: final day = start date + (length − 1) days. A 66-day challenge started January 1 ends on March 7.

How are the Phase 1, Phase 2 and Phase 3 dates worked out?

Phase 1 can start the day after day 75 and runs 30 days. Phase 2 can start no sooner than 30 days after Phase 1 ends, and runs 30 days. Phase 3 is fixed: it covers the last 30 days before the one-year anniversary of your 75 Hard start date. The calculator applies all three rules.

It also works backwards. Phase 1, the break and Phase 2 need 90 days in total, so the latest Phase 1 start that still fits is 90 days before your Phase 3 window opens. Rules come from the program's LIVEHARD FAQ; read our phases guide for the details and sources.

What day of 75 Hard am I on?

Count the days from your start date to today and add one. If you started on October 1, then October 30 is day 30. The calculator shows this automatically as "today is day X of 75", using your device's date, and it also tells you your new final day if you restarted today.

What if my start date was in a leap year?

The calculator counts real calendar days, so February 29 is handled automatically for the 75-day end date. For Phase 3, the anniversary is the same month and day one year later; for a February 29 start, the calculator treats March 1 as the anniversary in a non-leap year. Check the official app if exact dates matter.

Frequently asked questions

Is day 75 the day I finish or the day after?

Day 75 is your final day of tasks. You finish when you complete its tasks. The calculator shows day 75 as your final day and the next date as day 76, which is when Phase 1 could begin at the earliest if you continue.

Can I save my dates?

Yes. The calculator remembers your last start date and length in your browser. Tap "Add day 75 to my calendar" to download a calendar file (.ics) that works with Google Calendar, Apple Calendar and Outlook.

Does the calculator work for 75 Soft?

Yes. 75 Soft is also 75 days, so the end date is identical. The phase timeline only applies to the official 75 Hard program, so you can ignore it if you are doing 75 Soft or another variation.
