What is the connection to The Operator Standard?
This site is written and run by a member of The Operator Standard team. The Operator Standard is a paid app from 44Seven Media, LLC, which also publishes the official 75 Hard app. That is a material connection: we have a professional interest in people choosing The Operator Standard.
Under the US Federal Trade Commission's Endorsement Guides, a connection like this must be disclosed clearly. That is why every page starts with the line "Written by a member of The Operator Standard team. Links are tracked." See the FTC's guidance.
What does "links are tracked" mean?
Links to The Operator Standard go through a redirect on this site (/go/app) that sends you to a tracked partner link. The tracking lets the publisher see that you came from this site and may credit sign-ups to the site owner. These links are marked as sponsored for search engines. The price you pay is the same.
Links to other apps, health organisations, research and the official 75 Hard program are ordinary links. We do not earn anything from them.
Does the connection affect what we write?
It affects which product we mention, and you should weigh that. It does not change the facts: rules, prices and research are linked to their sources and dated. We include free options on every page where a paid one appears, and the quiz drops The Operator Standard entirely when you choose "free only".
Is this site the official 75 Hard program?
No. The official program is at 75hard.com and in the official 75 Hard app. This is a guide written by someone on The Operator Standard team, and it is not an official channel for 75 Hard, LIVEHARD or The Operator Standard. Official terms, pricing and support come from the official sites.
What data do the tools collect?
The tracker, calculator and quiz store your entries only in your browser's local storage on your device. Nothing you type into them is sent to us. We use privacy-friendly page-view analytics from our hosting provider to count visits, which does not use cookies to track you across sites.
Frequently asked questions
Do you earn money if I use the free tracker?
No. The tracker, calculator and quiz are free and have no paid tier. The only tracked links are those to The Operator Standard, and they are labelled where they appear.
Is the price higher if I use your link?
No. The tracked link sends you to the same official offer. We list the price we saw on the official site with the date we checked it, and you should always confirm the current price at checkout.
