What does the 75 Hard calendar printable look like?
It is one page with 75 day boxes laid out seven per row, like a calendar. Each box has space to write the date and six small dots for diet, two workouts, water, reading and a photo. Fill a dot as you finish each task. A day only counts when all six dots are filled.
Writing the real dates in is worth the extra minute: it shows you where weekends, trips and holidays fall before you get there, which is where most attempts end.
When does 75 Hard end?
Day 75 falls 74 days after your start date, because the start date is day 1. If you start on Monday, November 2, 2026, day 75 is Friday, January 15, 2027. Start on January 1 and you finish on March 16 (March 15 in a leap year). The end-date calculator works this out for any start date.
| Start date (day 1) | Day 75 |
|---|---|
| November 2, 2026 | January 15, 2027 |
| December 1, 2026 | February 13, 2027 |
| January 1, 2027 | March 16, 2027 |
| February 1, 2027 | April 16, 2027 |
| March 1, 2027 | May 14, 2027 |
Can I get the 75 Hard calendar on my phone?
Yes. The tracker below lays out all 75 days as a grid tied to your start date, highlights today, and turns each finished day green. It saves in your browser, so add the page to your home screen to use it like an app. You can also download the grid as an image.
Frequently asked questions
Should I start 75 Hard on a Monday?
You don't have to. Starting on a Monday makes the weekly rows line up neatly, but a better rule is to start on a day that puts your hardest fixed event, like a wedding or a trip, as early in the challenge as possible, or after it.
What happens to the calendar if I restart?
You start a new calendar from your new day 1. Print a fresh copy and write the attempt number at the top. In the online tracker, use "Change setup" and set a new start date, but download a backup first if you want to keep the old record.
Is this the official 75 Hard calendar?
No. It is a free calendar made by our team, not the program's own. It follows the same five daily tasks published on the official program pages, which our rules page links to.
