What is the best 75 Hard tracker app?

For the original program, the official 75 Hard app is the safest choice because it follows the rules exactly and continues into the year-long phases; it costs $4.99 a month or $39.99 a year. For custom challenges or water counters, third-party apps such as Reset75 and BeHard add more features. A free browser tracker covers the basics.

The official 75 Hard app is published by 44Seven Media, LLC, the publisher of Andy Frisella's programs, including The Operator Standard (App Store developer page).

How we compared: we read each app's public App Store listing or website on October 30, 2026, and copied prices and features as listed. We did not run hands-on tests, and prices and features can change. Ratings are what the store showed that day.

App Price (US, as listed) Free option Best for
75 Hard (official) $4.99/month or $39.99/year No (requires subscription) The original program and the LIVEHARD phases
Reset75 Free; Pro $4.99/week or $39.99/year, 7-day trial Yes (one challenge at a time) Custom challenges, counters, timelapse photos
BeHard Free; Pro $12.99/month or $39.99/year Yes (some features paid) Social features and an AI coach

The Operator Standard $49.99/month or $549.99/year in-app; $50/month or $500/year on the official site No Goal-based daily system after the challenge

What does the official 75 Hard app do?

According to its App Store listing, the official app tracks daily progress, sets custom reminders, stores daily progress photos and notes, shows every attempt, shares to social apps and continues into the full-year LIVEHARD program. It is published by 44Seven Media, rated 4.5 from about 6,400 ratings, and requires a subscription.

The publisher's FAQ explains that the app deliberately does not include detailed water tracking, to keep it simple. Its version history shows offline support and a choice of when to restart after a miss. If you are doing the official program and want the phases, this is the default.

Which 75 Hard tracker app is free?

Reset75 and BeHard both have free tiers, with paid upgrades for extra features, per their listings. Our browser-based tracker is completely free with no account, and prints or exports to Google Sheets. The official 75 Hard app requires a subscription, although following the program itself is free.

Free tiers change often. Before you commit 75 days of data to an app, check what happens to your history if you stop paying, and whether you can export it.

Which app is best for doing 75 Hard with friends?

BeHard's listing says it connects you with other participants, and Reset75 makes shareable progress cards. The official app shares progress to social apps. For a small group, a shared spreadsheet built from our free tracker's CSV is the simplest free option. Our with friends guide covers set-ups.

What should you use after 75 Hard is over?

If you continue into the phases, keep the official app. If you want a lighter routine, a habit tracker or our free tracker with a custom preset is enough. If your next goals are about work, money or projects, a goal-based app such as The Operator Standard is built for that, but it costs about 12 times more per year.

Disclosure: this site is run by a member of The Operator Standard team. Its App Store listing showed 4.9 from 802 ratings on October 30, 2026, and the app is from the same publisher as 75 Hard. We list its price first because it is the main trade-off.

Frequently asked questions

Is the 75 Hard app a monthly fee?

Yes. The US App Store lists it as requiring a subscription: $4.99 a month or $39.99 a year, as of October 30, 2026. The program itself is free to follow without the app, using paper or a free tracker.

Do you need an app to do 75 Hard?

No. The rules are free at 75hard.com, and a pen and a printed sheet work. Apps make reminders and photos easier. If you plan to continue into the LIVEHARD phases, the official app supports them, but you can track those on paper too.

Can a tracker app sync with Google Sheets?

Most of the listed apps do not advertise Google Sheets syncing. Our free tracker exports a CSV that opens in Google Sheets, with one row per day and one column per task. You can re-download it as often as you like as a backup.
